We reserve the right not to offer refunds unless the product is damaged. Any damage must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect size choices, but we are happy to exchange the product for a different size if needed. Refunds are not available for purchases made more than 14 days ago.

Returned items should be sent back in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so please ensure it is packed securely to prevent further damage during transit. We recommend obtaining proof of postage in case you need to follow up on your return.

Sale and clearance items are non-refundable. All sales on reduced and sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
